Looking for some guidance. Recently picked up a 1985 Case 1835b gas engine skidsteer with 3300 hours and has been sitting for the last 9 years. It was used only 50 hours in the last 20 years. It seemed to start and run fine when I looked at it. Once I get it home it proceeds to shut off randomly. The problem of running after the key is shut off has to do with air getting in the fuel system. I would highly recommend adding a lift pump at the floor level of machine to reduce the chance of air ingress, and also to greatly ease bleeding the supply side of the fuel system.Fuel Shut Off Solenoid Valve for Case® This is the Solenoid Only ; Fits Brands : Case® Select Your Model Number Above Product Details Loosen off the injection lines, at the injectors and crank over the engine.
