How do you remove the cutting edge? The last one i did i cut the entire floor out as it was buggered. It took me around 2 days to replace the 2 cutting edges (4 in 1 bucket) and re-weld in a new floor. I ended up using a demolition saw to cut through it was that hard! My plasma cutter is only rated to 16mm but realistically it will only cut 12mm.
