jcb 190 skid steer Howdy all. After doing my best not to, i would up with a 2005 JCB 190T. Machine only has 750 hrs, and has been mostly sitting the last couple of years. I have run the machine for 5 or 6 hours, seems to have good power, everything works pretty well as far as I can tell. I do have a couple of issues that I need to troubleshoot, hope someone can help. Howdy all. After doing my best not to, i would up with a 2005 JCB 190T. Machine only has 750 hrs, and has been mostly sitting the last couple of years. Can anyone help me identify where the park brake solenoid is located on a JCB 190 skid steer? I think it is failing and want to replace it asap before it acts up again when im in a bad spot.. thank you! DAN
Cab sucked. However the newer ones may be better. They don't resale well here in the States. May be better else where. JCB does not enjoy the success here that they do in other places around the world. Personally I think the side access is neat but not really necessary. I don't see the big safety issue with the more conventional skid steers. This is his second JCB skid steer and he likes them. That side entry cab is hard to beat for loader use. our skid steer does a lot in harsh conditions, and never idles. now THAT i believe. that a deere is taking 8 gal an our more than a cummins. deere has never been known for their fuel economy. the stars are aligning and the wheels . i will make a few random comments. the jcb would be much quieter in the cab than the deere. the deere air ride seat is nicer than the jcbs. can't run tracks on a wheeled jcb. check into emissions solutions on the deere. heat is good, defrost seems to be acceptable on the jcb. jcb has electric controls only. the bobcat cab has much to be desired. sjc lever effort and throw is terrible, and the cab is definitely not luxurious like the jcb was. bobcat machine itself is better than jcb was though. jcb machine was a great luxury cruiser for the gentleman hobby farmer who doesn't have to get much done fast, and always keeps his equipment under warranty.
