I’m looking at a 2016 John Deere 318g it has 900hrs for 18,5 and from what I can see the only issues it has are good bit of surface rust and there’s a hrs Hydraulic hose near the bucket the is cut or damaged that he says was from a grapple. I will be using the skid steer for just normal chores around the property.
Checked all sensors and switches and everything is functional. Drive and Reverse Functions No Issues. Pressure Test Hydraulic Pump for boom, bucket, and auxiliary which is separate from drive pump and has sufficient pressure (3000 psi +/-). Bucket will curl out but minimal. Boom totally locked. Thanks for the manuals. Figured I would pay back what I learned from my 2010 318d manual controls John Deere issue. hours: 4300 Diesel 24044ht or whatever it is. problem: only the right stick reacted to movement, and brakes were locked up.
