Was out plowing some snow this evening, and the left wheels suddenly locked up. I at first thought that I was spinning on some ice, but then realized that the left wheels were not turning. They will not go forward or reverse. I cant remember if the 7753 has that red knob/lever on the right side of the seat, under the throttle. That is a hydraulic release that will lower the lift arms with the machine turned off, by turning the knob 1/4 turn and lifting up.

Sounds like my Gehl when the hydra-lock is engaged. Check your seat bar as it serves the same function as the switch and both lock out all functions.I have a CAT330, one track was a loose and forgot to tighten it and when turning on a sloped land, one side came off. If the engine is locked up I'd think 4 flat spots on the tires would be the least of your worries. Get it on a recovery deck, haul it to where you need it and pull it off. I'd think you'll do more harm by opening hydraulic lines and opening chains that you'll ever do .
I'm looking at a 1995 New Holland LX865 Skidsteer a local dealer has on their lot. The dealer said I could demo it but the last two times I've tried to line up the demo, the left side drive was locked up when they went to move it. Keep in mind the temp is below freezing.
